How It Works

1. Disclaimer

Tiny Visions figurines are decorative keepsakes and collectibles.
They are not toys and are not designed or intended for play.
Figurines are not suitable for toddlers or children under 5 years of age.
Children should not handle without adult supervision.
Figurines are fragile and may break if dropped or handled roughly.
Keep away from heat sources and open flames.
Tiny Visions Ltd. accepts no liability for misuse of products outside their intended purpose as decorative keepsakes.

2. Terms of Service

Ordering: Customers provide drawings, which Tiny Visions transforms into 3D-printed figurines. Each figurine is custom-made and unique.
Processing Time: Average processing and shipping time will be listed on the website. Delays may occur during busy periods.
Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK shipping unless otherwise stated.
Custom Products: As each figurine is custom-made, refunds or returns are not available unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring the suitability of the figurine for its intended recipient.

3. Refund & Returns Policy

Refunds are available only if:

The figurine arrives damaged, or
There is a manufacturing defect.

To request a refund/replacement, customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Due to the personalised nature of figurines, changes/cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing an order.

4. Shipping Policy

Standard UK shipping is included in the price.
International shipping may be available at an additional cost.
We are not responsible for customs delays or additional duties for international orders.
Delivery estimates are provided but not guaranteed.
