1. How much does it cost to buy a figurine?

Prices start from £25, including FREE UK 48-Hour Tracked Delivery via Royal Mail. Larger or custom sizes are available on request, just let us know when you place your order. For international delivery, please contact us at info.tinyvisions@gmail.com for a shipping quote.

2. How Long Does The Process Take?

From the moment we receive your drawing, it typically takes 5-10 working days to complete and deliver your figurine, including 48-Hour Tracked Delivery via Royal Mail. We'll keep you updated throughout the process with progress photos.

3. How big are the figurines?

Most figurines range between 8–15 cm in height. We can accommodate custom sizes on request — just let us know when you place your order.

4. What materials do you use?

Each Tiny Visions figurine is made from EN71-3 compliant LANDU PLA and hand-painted with non-toxic, cruelty-free, vegan-friendly paints specifically developed for toy making. These materials conform to the EN 71-3:2019+A1:2021 international safety standard, ensuring they meet the highest requirements for chemical safety.

5. Can you print any drawing?

Absolutely! We work with all types of children's artwork — from stick figures to detailed illustrations. The more creative, the better.

6. Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to ship worldwide. Domestic (UK) orders arrive within 5-10 working days total, including 48-Hour Tracked Delivery via Royal Mail once dispatched. For international delivery, please email us at info.tinyvisions@gmail.com and we'll confirm cost and estimated delivery time for your destination.

7. Safety Information

Our figurines are made from EN71-3 compliant materials and hand-painted with non-toxic, cruelty-free, vegan-friendly paints, meeting the EN 71-3:2019+A1:2021 international safety standard for chemical safety. However, they are collectible art pieces — not toys — and are not recommended for children under 3 years due to small parts.
